Commitment: ₹10,000 crore to an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).
The fund will provide equity capital to small and medium enterprises.
It was announced in the Union Budget 2026-27.
AIFs are regulated by SEBI under the SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012.
