Supreme Court: State duty to bonded labourers does not end with release
सर्वोच्च न्यायालय: बंधुआ मज़दूरों के प्रति राज्य का दायित्व मुक्ति के साथ समाप्त नहीं होता
The Supreme Court held that identification, release and rehabilitation of bonded labourers are interconnected stages and issued time-bound directions on financial assistance and implementation of the Centre's SOP.
सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि बंधुआ मज़दूरों की पहचान, मुक्ति और पुनर्वास परस्पर जुड़े चरण हैं तथा वित्तीय सहायता और केंद्र की SOP लागू करने हेतु समयबद्ध निर्देश दिए।
