UNEP's 17th Emissions Gap Report, 'The Point of Return', says limiting warming to 1.5°C without overshoot is no longer possible and calls for cuts of 18%, 45% and 69% by 2030, 2035 and 2040 (vs 2025) to return to 1.5°C.
UNEP की 17वीं उत्सर्जन अंतराल रिपोर्ट 'द पॉइंट ऑफ रिटर्न' के अनुसार बिना ओवरशूट के 1.5°C की सीमा अब संभव नहीं; 1.5°C पर लौटने हेतु 2025 की तुलना में 2030, 2035 और 2040 तक क्रमशः 18%, 45% और 69% कटौती ज़रूरी है।
